Men's and Women's Soccer season has begun
The 2024-25 Mens and Womens Soccer season has begun. Preseason sessions began Saturday with first scrimmages occurring this week.
The teams are scheduled for some great competitive matches including this years annual Barkeater Cup vs Paul Smiths college being a home
match Saturday September 14th. Both teams start out their campaigns September 1st with home matches vs Finger Lakes Community College at ESF's Tully field. The Oaks women's team had a very strong season last year making it to the National Championship finals while the men look to improve and return to the tournament since a two-year hiatus.
Mens Captain Robbie Bettencourt had this to share on his first sessions this season.
'I am very encouraged by a lot of quality that I have seen so far. We have already started to develop some strong team chemistry, and I am very excited for the season.
